First Stop Consultancy Limited provided protection for decorated war hero Johnson Beharry VC at his wedding in March this year.
First Stop Consultancy (FSC) Ltd, run by Poole-based businessman Mark Metcalfe, provided protection for 33-year-old Corporal Johnson Beharry VC and his bride Mallissa Venice Noel from the paparazzi at the event at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London.
The decorated soldier – who is one of only six living recipients of the Victoria Cross, which he was awarded for his efforts in twice saving 30 members of his unit from ambushes in Iraq in 2004.
It is believed the couple asked people involved in the wedding to donate their fees to soldiers’ charity Help for Heroes.
Following the service, the pair held a further ceremony at the Queen’s Chapel of the Savoy, followed by a bash in the Senate House at University College, London.
